They have a very good director. She is very enthusiastic, and that's a good thing! I saw the movie the day it came out after school, and it was the BEST EVER! I could watch it again and again. I had the impression that it was the best movie in the world until New Moon comes out! I am also kinda of scared of seeing New Moon because it's so sad when Edward leaves Bella. I think I'm going to cry at that part when I am sitting in the theatre.

people have said thta this movie sucked and all but they should at least give credit for people that made this movie! i mean just for that ONE car accident scene.. it took like soooo many tries to get it right! then think about how long it would of taken for the other scenes!:O
and i cannot believe they filmed this in kalama where its in WASHINGTON! i did not know that until today! i live in washington so i'm like freakin... BLAH right now!XD ughhhhhh T.T

Of course movies never quite match up with the book, but this was still very good in my opinion and I'm happy with how they preserved the characters AND scenery. Probably had something to do with Stephenie Meyer being so involved.
