It's healthy to be tone, but it's not natural for the female body to mimic the male body. my cousin used to be a body builder and she is a lot more healthy now that she has quit.
can I ask WHY you think she would be pretty? BODY-builders build their BODIES, the face would be no different.
There's absolutely no reason for her face to be less feminine, honestly; do you know any body builders that work out to tone their (facial) cheek muscles? Trust me, building the bi's, tri's, quad's, or whatever else people see fit to bulk or tone does nothing to facial features. Perhaps the neck becomes thicker with the shoulder muscles; I wouodn't know.
